Craftora Refund & Return Policy

At Craftora, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days after delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Include proof of purchase

For hygiene, damage prevention, and logistics reasons, some items may not qualify for return.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect shipping address entered by customer
  • Delays caused by customs, weather, holidays, or courier services
  • Minor variations in color, lighting, texture, or product appearance caused by screen settings or photography
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or modification

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos or video evidence
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and determine an appropriate resolution, including replacement, store credit, or refund if approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
